About me

Meet Sierra Morris, AMFT

Therapist

Sierra is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and trained at the Southern California Counseling Center and with Internal Family Systems Institute.

Sierra takes a systemic perspective in her practice, considering individuals within the context of their relationships and social and cultural environments. She believes in attending to the fullness of a person, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is collaborative and incorporates humor, creative practices, parts work, and somatic techniques.

Sierra has worked in community mental health for several years and has a background in early childhood education. She has also worked with children and adolescents at a crisis hotline, as a teacher, caregiver, and in a group therapy setting. Sierra is currently offering sessions for adult individuals, couples, and teens.
