Tara Morgan is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults and adolescents through life’s most challenging and transformative experiences. Her work focuses on addiction recovery, trauma healing, attachment wounds, and major life transitions, helping clients reconnect with themselves through a compassionate, person-centered approach. Tara believes that healing begins within safe and authentic relationships, where vulnerability is met with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. By integrating EMDR, parts work, and attachment-based practices, she helps clients explore the deeper patterns shaping their emotional lives while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner stability.
With a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind and body, Tara creates a therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to recognize their personal strengths and capacity for growth. She understands that healing is not about “fixing” oneself, but about developing compassion for every part of the human experience. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, identity challenges, or periods of uncertainty and change, Tara works collaboratively with clients to foster lasting emotional healing, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of self.
Tara has previously worked in the fashion and entertainment industries for over a decade and intimately understands their unique challenges. Drawing from her professional and personal experiences with life transitions, Tara offers a self-affirming and strengths-based approach to aid clients while they navigate these changes.
