Jess Tazner is a Registered Associate Social Worker. She holds an MA in Social Work from Rutgers University and a BA in English from Northeastern University. Jess received domestic violence training from JFS Hope where she worked with a diverse population of victims/survivors of IPV. In addition to her work in private practice, Jess currently works with new parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including postpartum depression at JFSLA.
Jess’s therapeutic approach is deeply informed by the innate intelligence and wisdom of the body. Drawing on over a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, Jess honors each individual’s unique journey and potential for transformation. Jess is passionate about creating an affirming, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
